TestIT:Configuration S9 Serial

6.3.10 S9 Serial

S9 Serial device is the communication to Nolek S9. Recipes can be created from TestIT and send directly to the S9.

Setup fields:

• Configuration
• Symbols
• Recipes
• Test device

Configuration:

1. Write the device name and device description (required)
2. Select if the device is active or not
3. Select the following:
   1. Baud rates – Serial port parameter
   2. Data bit - Serial port parameter
   3. Parity - Serial port parameter
   4. Stop bit - Serial port parameter
   5. Com port – Will show all registered COM ports on the PC
   6. Recipe Handling – Where to get recipes from; TestIT or Moscura
   7. Log measure – Select only to store measurement values
   8. Log folder path – Path of folder to store log in
   9. Graph Y axis min – Set a minimum for the Y axis. Auto if 0.
   10. Graph Y axis max – Set a minimum for the Y axis. Auto if 0.
   11. Graph secondary Y axis min – Set a minimum for the secondary Y axis. Auto if 0.
   12. Graph secondary Y axis max – Set a minimum for the secondary Y axis. Auto if 0.
4. Press Save

Symbols:

1. Press the symbols tab
2. Select the symbols for the spaces

Recipes:

1. Select Open the test are symbol and the recipes will be shown
2. Add a new recipe
   1. Press New
   2. Write the recipe name (required)
   3. The optional spaces: Info, Recipe, Auto Control, Shock Fill, Vacuum pressure, Dosage, Volume Control, Flow, Offset Compensation, Quick Connector, Setting.
3. Copy the recipe
   1. Press Copy
   2. Write a new recipe name
   3. Press Save
4. Delete the recipe
   1. Choose the wanted recipe
   2. Press Delete and accept

Test device:

1. Select the test symbol and it will open a new tab
2. To start the test, Press Connect
3. To stop the test, Press Disconnect
